Working for some of the most prominent businesses in the UK, Lloyd Fraser was in need of a system that could accurately manage its staff attendance and help ensure they deliver superior customer service. By implementing a SMART' hosted solution, Lloyd Fraser will be able to optimise staffing levels throughout the day, ensuring that they always have the right number of staff to meet current demands.

Lloyd Fraser will be using biometric hand readers for 750 of its staff for monitoring attendance. Telephone clocking will be used for 100 remote staff ensuring control across the entire workforce. The system will allow Lloyd Fraser to accurately plan and roster its workforce through automated roster cover. The shift swap functionality will also benefit the employees and the business through increased flexibility.
The absence management provided by the SMART solution will cut costs through streamlined administration processes and help reduce absence through proactive alerts and reporting. The advanced planning functionality will allow Lloyd Fraser to forecast when staff will be needed, whilst giving staff greater flexibility in choosing the hours they work. Lloyd Fraser will have their solution hosted by Smart, which will not only ensure the smooth running and support of the system and, but will also help deliver a faster ROI for the business.
