Primary Care Trust workforce management solution launch
SMART is pleased to announce the launch of a new web-based Workforce Management Solution for Primary Care Trusts.
As Primary Care Trusts have very specific needs compared to other NHS trusts SMART has launched a web-based PCT software solution. By making better use of resources, providing visibility of staff working hours and improving efficiencies around staffing management, the software can help to reduce the use of temporary staff and improve staff retention.
For as little as £1 per employee per month the system will enable PCTs to improve resource planning and better manage the costs associated to staffing and unplanned absenteeism, as well as reducing staff attrition levels.
